What's On Your Thursday Menu, RNYers?
This right here is what I'm talking about. And I have to take extra iron so it's like a math problem. If Kristen leaves her house at 7am how long until she can safely take her iron and D3? LOL
Good Morning! Back to work after a few days off with my hubby (we had a nice time and did some outlet shopping and just hung out since we are childless until tomorrow.) Missing my girl like crazy and finally saw a pic of the back of her head late yesterday on the PTA Facebook page (that I may or may not be stalking!!). I found new exercise equipment at my gym the other other day-it's like an elliptical called a lateral something and you can change the width of your stride so it's almost like a skating type of motion, I like it a lot!! Oh and also located the caramel apple pie yogurt...yummy!! Good luck with the vitamins your body needs 'em.

I also was bad at taking my viatmins...so I went to the patch...you all have no doubt heard all the controversy over it but I am hopeful it goes well. It is so much easier not having to deal with all of the malabsorbtion issues. Just once a day when I brush my teeth, I stick it on. I have added the once a week B12 supplemnt just in case... Fingers crossed my labs look good like the others reported....
