Well let me know if you ever want to go for a walk! I am out of work and taking classes, so I have a more open schedeule than I would if I was working :)

I hear ya on the vitamins. I take the Celebrate chewable multi with iron, so only 2 of those a day, but I hate that chalky sweet taste. The B12 is sublingual and OK, the Calcium and Vitiman D caramel chewies don't bother me at all. Those are like a treat.
I just began taking biotin the other day too because I am losing hair and I am vain, so I thought I would give it a try. It's bad enough the bags under my eyes have luggage of their own and I can't afford "fillers" for the jowls that I now have. But I can do something about my hair. However, if I start growing facial hair I'm all done with that!
I posted a topic the other day because I wanted to know if it was OK to color even though hair was falling out, thanks to KarenP8 and a few others I got the answer I wanted. Went to the hairdresser last night, had it cut and colored and it looks great now. If I can get a pic of me I actually like and am able to figure out how to upload to this site, I will have it tomorrow.
Time since surgery: almost 5 mos
B: Scrambled Egg
S: Premier Protein Chocolate Shake
L: Ham, Havarti cheese, 1/2 pita
S: canteloupe & watermelon
D: ? Daughter has a game, will probably get something take out or finish off last night's leftover chicken ceasar salad
There is absolutely no way that I could NOT color my hair... even if the hairdresser said no! LOL... I am very vain about my hair because that has always been my fail safe... I had great hair. I was fat, but boy, did you see that hair!!! I was that girl! Then I got WLS and at about 5 months after, my hair started falling out my the handfuls... literally. But, I finally cut it shoulder length, upped my protein, put volumizer in it and actually run a curling iron through it each day and now I am the girl with the hair again!!! At least, in my head!!! LOL
The hair loss has lightened up some and they say it will eventually end... then I will be the THIN, SVELTE girl with the hair!!! LOL
We are all vain... and thanks, now I am looking at my jowls!
I've been okay about taking my vitamins, though I'm not spacing them out. (I wasn't really aware that we're supposed to.) In the morning, I put my liquid calcium, iron, and vitamin D into a small glass of water, use that to take my omeprazole, and then chase it with my chewable multi. Last time I went to my GP, my labs came back as "everything normal," so... *blinks*
Yesterday I went off plan a bit... I had my shakes, but lunch was avocado, a roll *headdesk*, and four bites of cream of crab soup. I did have my yummy gym shake, and decided to forego the celery soup. Came in at 845 calories, which I'm happy about. I just didn't get to eat lunch until 4 pm, because work is that busy this time of year- The roll was there, and I took orders from it.
To top it off, there was a class going on in the pool at the gym, so I had to wait. I only got to swim for 35 minutes. (I also discovered The Scale in the locker room which is truly terrifying.) Today is a new day, though!
B: Protein shake

My NUT told me that if you don't separate calcium and iron that it's like you didn't take the calcium at all (there is iron in most multis). So she told me first thing in the a.m. multi & B12, late morning calcium, late afternoon calcium and d, multi again at dinner (at least two hours after calcium) and then calcium before bed. Your body can only absorb a certain amount at a time so you have to break up the calcium. Sorry, not trying to sound preachy, but they really harped on us about it in the 6 months of classes. They dedicated one whole class just to vitamins and absorption.
You don't sound preachy at all, phibbmom! I want to be sure that I'm doing this correctly, so your feedback is definitely appreciated!
*off to google chewable calcium*
