I wanted to share the link to this Jamie Oliver clip, where he is teaching kids about how many laps around the track they need to do to work off calories they have eaten.

It's a little simple--it doesn't go into the nutritional values of foods (i.e. 100 calories from fruit vs. 100 calories from processed foods), nor does it talk about the science of exercise and buring calories...However, I thought it was a good reminder to all of us about just how much it takes to burn off a calorie, and might just inspire someone to put down a cracker tonight!
