What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
Pumpkin cheesecake sounds Amazing!!!
At a friends overnight last night for a conference tomorrow.... Figured I'd be in her area, then going to dinner tonight with another friend before heading to the hotel. Problem she went to an Italian Bakery last night to 'treat' me. So fessin' up here, small slice Italian bread with dinner, a mini cannoli for dessert and 2 sesame cookies with my expresso this morning. Tonight we were going to go to Cheesecake Factory and I was going to order lettuce wrap appetizer. Might have to change that though as if my friend orders cheesecake will I say no?

I try to tell myself that, just worry about there being too many 'special' occasions. My friend lives near a lake so put in 2 miles walking to the lake and back.

Good morning all! Beautiful day in lovely Wisconsin! This morning I set my alarm for 5:30 am in order to run. I did not get up, instead I slept until my normal wake-up time of 6:15. Saw the clothes I laid out for the run and decided I could be a bit late for work. I ran 2 miles this morning and it was glorious. I ran both in under 20 mins. I HAVE NEVER ran a sub 10 min mile in my life. Just 8 months ago I couldn't run a mile without walking part of it and I averaged over a 14 min/mile. I am amazed at how far I have come. In 11 days I will do my first half marathon after swimming 1.2 miles and biking 56 miles. I thank god and my surgeon every day for these opportunities. This surgery has been the best thing ever

Have a great day of amazing choices everyone!
The yogurt was quite good! It was more pumpkin-esque than punchyouintheface pumpkin, but I would definitely buy it again.
I stole a few minutes to myself after an off-site meeting. felt good to sit in the sunshine and people watch :-)
B 1 boiled egg, 1 boiled egg white. (Tried some cheerios but wasn't feeling them- so I trashed 'em )
S: cashews, cheese stick & fruit cup
L- Grilled chicken/avocado wrap (minus the wrap)
D- No idea-- again! I didn't take anything out of the freezer.
