I'm almost three years post op and my weight loss has been at a standstill for the last 1 1/2 years.  Good that I haven't gained but I have not lost anything either.   As far as exercise I'm pretty limited as to what I can do because of a disability.

At my last dr check in January most everything on blood work was low, before that everything was mid to high end normal.

lately always tired or tire easily. I have no interest in eating, only eat because I have to, and I do get in all my recommended water plus some.  Have trouble getting in all my protein end up with protein shakes to get in protein.

Im down a total of 150 pounds but still have 65-70 to lose.

Any suggestions?

If you have stopped losing weight and you are not gaining, you are eating enough calories to put yourself into maintenance.  If you want to start losing again, you will have to eat less.  It really is that simple.  After three years, your malabsorption is gone and you will lose weight the same way everyone else does.

At year 3 - low energy can be due to real vitain - mineral deficiencies. Plus low blood level proteins.

How is your iron, ferritin, vit D3, but B1, b6, b12, thyroid panel, and some other things... etc etc..

If you don't eat a lot but eat the proper foods - like proteins fats and little veggies - that should help you lose weight. But if you food choices include processed carbs, or even too many starchy- sugary carbs like some veggies and fruits , plus chips, etc... Then you may have problem losing weight of you are not very active.

Exercise may help burn sugars - carbs - but overall will not help much with weight loss. Proper diet will help you lose weight with loiitle to no exercise.

For me to lose weight I need to eat more proteins and good fats and limit carbs. Food cooked from scrach (no protein bars, heavily processed foods) always help me control what and how much I eat. I don't avoid fats from natural sources like nuts, avocado, bacon, coconut... Etc... I limit overall calories but I learn I can do low carb - reasonable calories and lose weight, but low carb low fat does not work for me.
