Im 8 weeks out and yes I have a few days of restlessness, a few days of restless legs and then a few days where I can sleep without aid. If you just cant seem to settle down to fall asleep...take vitamin D drops during the day. At night disolve under your tongue Melatonin. Its a natural sleep aid. If your legs are restless you may need more magnesium. I can usually tell when my head hits the pillow if I can fall asleep on my own. If I start being restless, i take the Melantonin and dissolve under my tongue. Hope this works for you.

I have sleep problems, but I also struggle with depression. In addition to my meds, my doctor's office recommended melatonin to help me sleep.

Some vitamins, especially b vitamins, can interfere with your sleep if taken too late in the day. Maybe you are taking your multivitamin or a b supplement too late in the day.
