Arm bumps

I have noticed a couple lumps/bumps under my skin around my rib area but I'm not sure what they are, I was thinking with less fat I could just feel things better and was going to wait to see what happens. As far as your butt hurting when you sit, I have heard a lot of folks on here talk about that and I too have that issue, it's like less cushing! One of the recommendations I heard was sitting on a pillow, eventually your butt will get use to it (I would think). Good Luck with your journey!

Yep, it is very common and that is exactly what causes it. Many people find that it gets better as time passes, but that sitting for long periods on hard surfaces always causes some discomfort.
The best thing you can do (the only thing that I know of, actually, other than sitting on something padded (which isn't always possible)) is to strengthen your gluteus muscles. If you build up the muscle a bit, it will help cushion the bone.
