What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?
Posting late today as I've beeñ busy. Having an open house and official blessing of our new food pantry and I was straightening and getting ready for that. Lily and I did our 3 miles early and enjoyed the cooler temps. Post op 3 years one week and weight at 118.4 today. On track with fluids and vitamins. Here's the eats:B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein powder and half a banana with peanut butter L 1/2 c venison chili and 1/2 c green beans S string cheese D 31/2 oz grilled tuna with 1/2 c spaghetti squash S Greek yogurt with nuts. Have a great weekend everyone!
I haven't posted much on here, and totally miss it. I had my cataract surgery on Wednesday and haven't done much eating since... mostly sleeping. Everyone said I would be back to work the next day, but there was NO WAY! Even today, 48 hours later its hard to look at a computer screen. I'm trying though! Kinda feeling a bit of motion sickness... I think because I am not yet used to the new lens.
Anyway, here's an ultimately sexy picture of me with the eye guard. Also dopey from the Valium.
