 Yay for size 12!  That is so great!  And, they look good... I can only hope to have as flat of a tummy as you. I like your top, too.

Now, tell me about the pumpkin spice protein shake... is it a mix or your own concoction?  Details, please!

Highest weight - 440 lbs, Surgery weight - 395 lbs, Current weight - 291 lbs.

Ummm... the Pumpkin Pie protein.  I do have a mix I love from Bariatriceating.com called Inspire Pumpkin Pie (I think?)

Today though: 1 cup fairlife milk, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/2 cup pumpkin, 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, ice and  a little extra sweetener. Extra sweetnener needed after tasting. I like it too.... winner and simple.

Im doing a pumpkin spice coffee every morning to.  I just buy the pumpkin spice coffee inserts for the Keurig and add my normal oz of almond milk and scoop protein powder.  I use either the chocolate or vanilla Syntrax protein powder but what ever would do id imagine....  So good!!!!! 

I'm Jo   HW 245, SW 236, CW 151 Yeah (Normal BMI!!!!)

M1=213 (-23), M2=201 (-12), M3=186 (-15), M4=175(-11), M5=166(-9), M6=157(-9), M7=153(-4)

A size 12??!?!??!?!!  That is amazing!!  I don't remember the last time I was a size 12.....elementary school maybe!  lol

Strawberry chia jam sounds good too (recipe pretty please).

Hi! Ok I posted the protein drink above but I will gladly repeat:

The strawberry Chia jam is all over Pinterest, but this is what I did: (you can adjust the quantities. Rinse trim and halve your strawberries and place in saucepan (I used 6 cups strawberries), then I added 1/4 c lemon juice and sweetener to taste. After about 10 minutes I mashed with a potato masher and added 4 tbsp chia seeds. Let it simmer for 1 minute or so then turned off and let it sit for 15 minutes. I thought it needed to be a little thicker so I stirred in 2 more TBSP chia seeds and let it sit another 15 minutes. It will thicken in fridge too. I got about 3 1/2 cups jam.
