Ummm... the Pumpkin Pie protein. I do have a mix I love from Bariatriceating.com called Inspire Pumpkin Pie (I think?)
Today though: 1 cup fairlife milk, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/2 cup pumpkin, 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, ice and a little extra sweetener. Extra sweetnener needed after tasting. I like it too.... winner and simple.

Hi! Ok I posted the protein drink above but I will gladly repeat:

The strawberry Chia jam is all over Pinterest, but this is what I did: (you can adjust the quantities. Rinse trim and halve your strawberries and place in saucepan (I used 6 cups strawberries), then I added 1/4 c lemon juice and sweetener to taste. After about 10 minutes I mashed with a potato masher and added 4 tbsp chia seeds. Let it simmer for 1 minute or so then turned off and let it sit for 15 minutes. I thought it needed to be a little thicker so I stirred in 2 more TBSP chia seeds and let it sit another 15 minutes. It will thicken in fridge too. I got about 3 1/2 cups jam.
