4 month Check In with Surgeon Yesterday, -92 pounds so far :)
Just wanted to do a quick update:
Im working hard to keep up with about 2-4 pounds a week. Writing down my food daily, and being prepared.
Dr. said my vitamin D was very low, my Iron is low, and B1, so will get on the vitamins more. Its good to have your labs done!! :)
Thank you all for your support, ive gotten a lot of food ideas off of the daily logs here :))
