B: Protein shake

S: Coffee

L: Corn soup

S: Protein shake and avocado

D: Protein shake and applesauce

W/V: Started

E: 30 minutes of water walking/breast stroke!  

Cal: 820 Prot: 74 g  H2O: at least 48 oz, as I'll be drinking all day

Good workout song if you don't mind small cussword is Kickass by Egypt Central. I love it for strength training. Also Brock lesnars entrance music on wwe.
