B-12 patch?????
The b12 patches also have B6. High b6 can cause neuropathy..unless you know your b6 test is low - I would not use it.

That really depends on your specific body's needs. For some people it might be enough, but for others it might not. How much B12 are you currently taking?
I am just opting to use a 5000 mcg melt once per week as a supplement (it was the same thing I was doing before I switched to the multivitamin patch).

In addition to what is in my multi, I take one 2,000 B12 meltable per week. A two year supply cost me $10.29
I think it's easier and cheaper than trying to tweak a B12 number with patches.

Hey... I feel ripped off! My B12 "dots" cost me $12 for a one year supply. Oh, wait... never mind... mine are twice as strong (5000 mcg).
I know a woman who pays $14 per month for her "bariatric" B12 sublinguals. "A sucker born every minute..." She says she spends over $75 every month on vitamins!
