weight loss after the one year mark???
I will be 2 years out next month and still losing. Grim Reaper is correct in that the fact I can move and do so much more is keeping the weight coming down, however, the WLS still is hampering what I can tolerate and has altered my bad eating habits. If you do not change your old thinking after a year and go back to what you were doing before, failure can be a reality for you. GOOD LUCK!
