Good Wednesday morning everyone!  These short weeks are nice, right?  I mean, it's already the middle of the week!  I could get used to that.  LOL

So, I took a nice long walk with my son last night.  You guys may or may not know that I hate to exercise so I mostly don't.  But it felt good to stretch my legs and get a little sweat going on.  Plus, my kid could talk the ears off a brass monkey so all the chatter made the time go by quickly.  I may even do it again tonight.  *gasp*

Time since surgery:  many days

B:  coffee and Jimmy Dean Delights smoked ham sammiches

S:  pork rinds and Laughing Cow

L:  more of the crockpot chicken and dumplings

D:  ham and cheese rollups w/mustard and a HB egg

TOTALS:  Cals:  958  Protein:  80  Carbs:  69  Fat:  38

Have a wonderful day all!

It must have liked the Ham off the bone and didn't want anyone else to know about it LOL.  No biggie.

I felt really out of control with my eating last night!! I logged everything, and I didn't have anything off plan.....AND I actually ate the amount of calories my NP told me I need to get.  But I know it was head hunger that got me!  ugh  I feel like I have a good control on that **** most of the time, but shark week will be in a few days and maybe hormones got me??  I don't even know.....blah

Morning, all!  My evening last night was positive-  I switched gyms to one that is handicap accessible and visited it.  It's perfect, and I'll be starting tomorrow morning, swimming in their pool.  First time I'll have worked out in well over a decade.  *shudder*  Nothing to do but to do it, though!

(I'm also really nervous about changing in front of people, but I have to remember this isn't a beauty contest.)

B: Protein shake

S: Coffee

L: Tomato soup

S: Protein shake

D: Protein shake and tomato soup

W/V: Started!

Cal: 780  Prot: 73.5 H2O: At least 48 oz, as I'll be drinking all day
