You did the right thing by throwing them away.  All of us have been in your shoes, at least I have many times, and you just need to forget and forgive.  Move on!

Karen took the words right out of my mouth!  Been there, done that!... just last week. For some reason, the salty, carby snacks called my name last week and I ate bread, too! Of course, I threw the bread back up within minutes of scarfing it down and knew I would... it didn't stop me from eating it.

But, that was last week. This is this week. Your defenses were low, probably worrying about the baby going to big school. He is going to come home tonight and tell you how great it was.

You are bigger than a box of donuts. Look at how you handled the situation.  You ate a total of 2 1/2 and destroyed the rest.

Great job!!!

You all are such a great support system!!!!! I love this forum and I sincerely believe any successes I have can be attributed almost jointly to RNY & OBH!!!  I know I screwed up, but I am also happy to have been able to realize the issue and move on (with a slightly heavier trash can :-)!!!

Thanks All!

We all have our moments and of course our weaknesses. You did a good job ditching the rest of the box and moving forward. No backwards thinking :)
