As a fellow data nerd, have you considered adding a fitness tracker? I have used Fitbit and now the apple watch and I feel it really helps seeing feedback on my physical activity on a daily basis. In addition to workouts, I see the days where my regular walking around is lower than normal, leading to fewer calories burned. I recommend using one that tracks heart rate. They are better at tracking calories burned, especially during workouts.
Good luck to you on breaking this stall. I understand the frustration.

Wow ! I'm impressed with your discipline . You should be losing fat like mad with this food plan . The only thing I can think of is that your weight training may be helping you gain fat-burning attractive muscle which weighs three times more than fat of the same volume. Are your clothes sizes getting smaller while your weight stays the same ? This is VERY normal for intense exercisers .
I say this with a bit of authority - I used to work as a certified personal trainer and gym floor desk manager .
Not really, I wish. I was looking up the Atkins induction phase that was recommended by another commenter. I had to measure my waist. I have lost 1" there and no weight since May 1st. I have to say thank you for correctly stating the fat/muscle density differential. People keep saying muscle weighs more than fat which isn't accurate. I am already pear shaped, so my waist band is always a little loose compared to my hip area. Maybe that's why I didn't notice it. I will say though that my skin has never looked better. That's the only thing keeping me going at this point. Very frustrating.

I cannot lose eating that many carbs -- not that you are eating anything so terrible -- but I immediately stop losing once I am over 40 grams of carbs per day... optimal is actually under 35. I do not eat fruit or grains while in losing mode. I also have to weigh my foods, not use standard measuring cups -- because I eat so much SOLID protein. If you can put something in a cup, you are basically eating a slider food. That clears my pouch very fast meaning I am hungry again a lot sooner. WE do the same amount of physical activity ... eat about the same number of calories -- so the only difference I can see is your carb intake.
I sure hope this helps you.
Edited to add -- I am also about the same height (5'5") --
Don't give up.

Drop the oatmeal, blueberries, sweet potato, squash, hummus. Limit carbs to green vegetables and dairy. Get your protein from dense meat or fish - this is what will make you feel full.
I am 11 years out and have l Iost 21 lbs since June by dropping extra carbs and I eat 1200 calories per day easily. It most definitely WHAT you eat when it comes down to losing regain
