First time posting with progress pics
I have been lurking for months on this site. I have never had the courage to actually post and topics. I have learned through this weight loss journey that some days are harder then others. The past couple of days has been rough and the carb monster has been attacking at full force. Luckly I have a tremendously supportive husband that sent me these photos this morning to remind me how far I have come, even when I can't see it. I figured I would finally bit the bullet and make my first post in hopes that it will help someone else who is having a rough day. It will get better and this journey is all worth it.

Thank you both!!! I am not sure why I was so nervous to start posting on this site. I have been lurking since April and have received some great advice. I have always been one to shy away from cameras or social situations due to my weight and horriable self esteem. This journey has changed everything and sometimes it is hard to keep up with all of the emotional changes.
Have a great weekend!!!

You have done so well! You were gorgeous before, this is just a healthier more amazing version of yourself that you deserve! The people on site are super helpful, and they are good about giving you a kick in the butt too when you need it.
Carbs and sugar are a downfall for me, i really have to watch it and not go down that path.
Do you have your stats? I'm curious. Add me as friend if you want.
