Good morning. I don't know what I would do if I didn't have this forum. I am on here way too much. But when I am stressed it is nice to come here and see people who understand the struggle of being obese.

D:Grilled chicken burger

S:Yogurt with strawberries

52oz of water is down so far. Vitamins are in for the morning. Exercise not sure what. I may work in my flower beds since they look like crap from the dogs.

I'm late to the group hug!!  But, I couldn't agree more. I don't know what I would do without this group! I love you guys!!!!

So, this whole thing of working OT is kicking my tail!!! Geez, it's only 2 hours a day and I don't have a physical job but I have been getting so drained! Last night when I got home, I didn't eat my supper... just made tea and vegged on the couch while I watched my son make a philly cheesesteak from roast beef, cheese and sauteed onions. And, I could of have some, sans bread. But, no!!!!!! I had to get the bright idea of eating the end (about 1/3) of a bakery fresh hoagie roll with butter.  I took 3 bites (probably bigger than I should have) and then sipped some tea.  Then, I ran to the bathroom to yuck it all up!  When I came out, my son (30 years old and the light of my life... but he has got to move out) says... what do you expect Mom, you ate bread... you can't eat bread! And, then shook his head at me, real disappointed-like. Oh well, I fed the rest of the roll to my Zoey (yes, I know I shouldn't give the dog bread) and just drank hot tea for supper.

After that fiasco, I woke up late for work, forgot to take any of my meds and didn't have time to pack anything to eat but a chocolate shake and beef jerky.  Then, the protein shake didn't sound good this morning so I went to the store to pick up an early lunch (it was still 12).

My menu:

B: Tea with Truvia

L: Healthy Cholce Cafe Steamers Grilled Chicken with Broccoli Alfredo (I have eaten about half of it and it is making my Petunia Pouch queasy (probably because I didn't take my Prilosec)... will eat more of this as the day progresses.

S: red seedless grapes and a chocolate Premier Protein shake (sometime between now and leaving work at 7:30 P)

D: 1.5 oz of beef jerky ( I am just not feeling real food today)

Totals: Calories - 594, Protein - 76, Carbs - 57 (damn grapes), Sugar - 35, Fats - 11 (oh, that's not good).... I might eat a Kind bar when I get home after the beef jerky. It's a Kind bar kinda day!

Sorry to be such a downer... I am trying to be more positive... if my scale would just move, I would feel better. I know... if i wouldn't have 57 grams of carbs... it might move!  LOL

Everyone have a most spectacular day!

Highest weight - 440 lbs, Surgery weight - 395 lbs, Current weight - 291 lbs.
