Enjoy your getaway time and happy anniversary. I totally agree a backhoe qualifies as the gift.

I'm off today, have my annual GYN appt. I started my day at the gym, got home, ate, trimmed my hair and am in the waiting room now. After, I'll do the long overdue food shopping, and since I'm a woman of my own time today, maybe shop for me too.

B: fried egg, 1/2 slice cheese, 2 slices Virginia ham and 1/4c peaches

L? Unsure I'll be on the go today, I'll figure something out

D: will be red meat of some fashion. It's what I'm craving, roast, or boneless sirloin. I'm off today and feel like doing it up, unusual for as Friday!

Have a great weekend all!

Happy Anniversary! That sounds like a fun roadtrip.

We are hitting the road after work and spending Sat-Mon with my parents. Tuesday I have off as well and am just chilling out at home with the baby. Looking forward to it!

Happy anniversary!! And steel or "steal"? He got the steel and you got to "steal' some time away! Sounds like a good time to be had by all... you know your hubby is going to be loving the backhoe... it's that guy thing! Enjoy the time with your dad and at the BBQ.

So, I have all intentions of having a busy at home weekend... I am so looking forward to 3 days off in a row! The weather looks fantastic for the weekend, we are NOT having our yardsale (thank God), and life is good. My husband is going through some issues and will be either in bed all weekend or hopefully, checked into rehab (don't ask... I am at my wit's end and might be done). But, his actions are not going to affect me any longer.  I just had the epiphany while I was making this entry.  Okay, so onward and upward!

My menu today:

B: Tea with Truvia and a chocolate Premier shake

L: Borden's Go2Gether... it really was a bad choice at the store yesterday. It is 1 oz of sharp cheese and 1 oz of pretzels. I may just eat the cheese and I have some greek yogurt in the fridge here so I don't know.  Salty, carbs things suck and have really been my downfall this week... it's all stress related.

S: 1 oz of beef jerky

D: Johnsonville Better with Cheddar smoked sausage link and 1/4 cup of GG broccoli with butter sauce (will be eating slowly... need to get the sausage down for the protein)

Totals - Calories - 765, Protein - 68, Carbs - 48, Sugar - 11, Fats - 36

Water and Vits: started.  I remembered all my meds today (yay!)... I can really tell when I miss my Prilosec in the morning. I am going to talk to my doc about this, just forgetting the med one day tears my stomach up!  Think my stall may be lifting (I am feeling lighter today... does that make sense?)

Everyone have an awesome long weekend. Be safe, love on your family (tell them and kiss them...even if it makes those teenagers mad!).  Be safe and make great choices.

Highest weight - 440 lbs, Surgery weight - 395 lbs, Current weight - 291 lbs.

Well, by now AV has probably already blown the popsicle stand, but still wishing you a happy anniversary and fun, safe trip.

I love reading everyone's fun holiday plans.  Like many of you, I'm just excited about having THREE WHOLE DAYS OFF!!!  I'll be spending time with my Mom all weekend preparing for her to have a major spinal surgery very soon.  We're super close, so I'll be with her for every step of a really long journey.  It will be at least 3 months to heal, and we're praying that everything goes well.  If she doesn't have this surgery, she'll be in a wheelchair within 2 years, so even though it's risky... it needs to be done.  Please keep fingers crossed for us?

Today's Menu:

Almost 7 months post-RNY

B - Premier Chocolate Shake with Unsweetened Cashew Milk and Peanut Butter Torani Syrup (thanks to you guys turning me on to it!)

L - L&F Yogurt with sliced almonds

D - 2 oz carved chicken breast with 1 oz reduced fat cheddar melted & 2 tsp pico de gallo

w/v - yep

Exercise - 1 mile walk with my dog, Hopie (that's her photo bombing my picture)

Totals:  Cal 568, Carbs 26, Prot 68

Here's my Friday pic showing an NSV of finally fitting into my size 16 jeans!  Also with all new stuff from my b.day (shoes, earrings, blouse... even a new pinkie diamond ring - love me some bling!)
