You look fantastic!   I definitely know how you felt about hiding from the camera and declining invites due to being embarrassed about weight.  Now you look like you were a born runner, very fit and healthy.  Great job.

And you do look fit!

You ARE fit!!! And you have those long lean gazelle dancer legs!  Total envy here!!

And best yet, you are FAST! You can run a mile in under 10 minutes. I am STILL having difficulty with that.

Do better than merely tolerate yourself (or not HATE yourself). Be PROUD of yourself!  You have come so FAR!!! Look at what you have accomplished!
