Good Morning all!  I am making this quick today because I have a payer meeting then I need to do an online training course for ICD-10.  Which was supposed to be completed by the end of August.  Whoops.  LOL

Time since surgery:  1 year and some weeks

B:  coffee and a Yoplait light in harvest peach.  I haven't had regular yogurt in ages, but I had a coupon for a free one, so...

S:  Nature Valley salted caramel nut protein bar

L:  tuna chickpea salad, a Frigo light cheese stick and some celery w/Laughing Cow

D:  cheeseburger a la Holstein!

TOTALS:  Cals:  874  Protein:  71  Carbs:  51  Fat:  45

Good morning. It is hot and sticky today. But I love it. I have the top off my jeep and I am going to see my mom and dad. I have not seen them in a while. I am going to pick out some good music and just drive. I have to say driving is one of my favorite things to do. 

B:Sugar-free hot cocoa with a shot of SF Torani caramel syrup with a dash of salt. Egg whites with ham

S:Stopping and getting Dunkins iced coffee

L:Moo shoo shrimp with no wraps

D:Taco salad

S:Quest bar/yogurt/String cheese

I am packing a lunch box for my trip so I don't go off the rails. 

Water is down. Vitamins are in for the morning.

Beautiful day, hopefully not as humid as yesterday.  Wish I was not working today, would love a day to myself but that's not going to happen anytime soon.

So glad it is September, August was not kind to me.  Hopefully September will be better with no injuries, illnesses or bad luck.Trying to think positive.

I have my "3 month" follow up tomorrow, even though I am almost 5 months out! LOL  I will have my first blood work since surgery done.  I am still in my stall.....ugh

L: Dannon L&F Greek yogurt, 30g slivered almonds

S: 1oz tender bites beef jerky

D: Zoodles with 1oz ground turkey and 1/4c marinara sauce

Hot and muggy here in Illinois but Lily and I got our three miles in early. Feels great to mark that off the list! Post op three years and weight at 116.8 today. On track with fluids and vitamins so far. Here's the eats: B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein powder and half a nectarine L 31/2 oz deli chicken with 1/2 c green beans S string cheese  D 31/2 oz rotisserie chicken and 1/2 c sauteed zucchini from the garden S Greek yogurt with nuts. Have a great day full of great choices!
