What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?

We ended up getting towed out our motor wouldn't start so we had to have friends take us out. We did sail a bit. Stayed out with four other boats. Then got towed in the morning back at the dock. 

I don't get sea sick I get dizzy from the rocking of the boat. I felt like I was on the boat all day yesterday.

Must have been something in the air last night.  I fell asleep sitting up in the chair with my phone in my lap.  (I was reading my book on my phone).  It was 10:40 when I finally woke up, I must have been exhausted. 

Dr.'s and NUT visits went well yesterday.  Everyone is pleased with my progress.  I was told to increase my calories again, I don't even always eat everything I post, so I've got to make an effort to "snack" more.   It was definitely a long day, and i hit horrible Boston traffic on the way home, no wonder I fell asleep sitting up.

No big plans this weekend, chiro visit and niece's birthday party on Saturday.  Still have to shop for a gift for her. 

Have fun school shopping AV.  I'm finally done with that, first day was yesterday.  OMG, just wait til your kid hits high school, you think you sign your life away now.  Between teacher/student/parent contracts and lab contracts, OY!

My weekend involves our Realtor coming and taking pictures of our house and finding out what she thinks a fair market value is!! EEKKKKK  We are possibly moving, looking for a bit more space for our family of 6.  But staying in the same school district!  Hopefully it works out :)  I will go to Zumba in the morning before she comes over.  Sunday we may go hiking!  YAY

L: 1/2 Old Neighborhood chinese sausage, 1/4c sauteed onions with crumbled bacon and blue cheese (HOLY YUM)

S: Dannon L&F Greek yogurt

D: 1.5 oz Hawaiian turkey burgers (they have swiss cheese, BBQ sauce and crushed pineapple in them)

Totals: Cals: 669  Protein: 78  Carbs: 30  Fat: 27

Aren't collar bones awesome!!!! I can feel mine but they aren't quite visible to the naked eye! And I have sexy shoulders again... of course, my boobs are gone and my batwings are distracting but my shoulders... to die for!!!

LOL... you look great!

Yes, I make everything myself.  I hardly ever eat packaged foods.  Not because I am against them, I just love to cook ;)  and I know EXACTLY what goes into it if I make them!  I made a modified version of this recipe!!  Hawaiian turkey burgers

Yum!   Going to have to make these soon.  I used to make Hawaiian meatballs, similar without the swiss cheese though.
