Another tough day so far. Slept 4 hours past my alarm today, on my hell day at work of all days. I think its this RLS prescription, which makes falling asleep actually HARDER to do. Who woulda thought?!

Posting late today as tablet is be8ng stupid. Three miles done early with Lily and staying on plan so far. On track with vitamins and fluids and weight at 117.2. Post op 3 years tomorrow. Here's the eats: B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein powder and half a banana with peanut butter L 31/2 oz shrimp with 1/2 c green beans D 31/2 oz citrus salmon and 1/2 c broccoli S yogurt wuth nuts.i. Busy picking and freezing beans and tomatoes from the garden. Have a great weekend everyone!
