what sugar free syrup flavors do you use?

I made a latte the other day with the Brown sugar cinnamon...yummm.... and I use the salted caramel to make 'fried apples'...yummm again. (Cook apple slices in a fry pan in a little Pam and butter if desired. once they start to soften and brown drizzle on syrup and let it cook and thicken on Apples)

Oh, and I am totally going to use the SF Raspberry syrup with a Vanilla Premier Protein Shake + SF Cheesecake Jello Pudding mix either tomorrow morning for the breakfast shake, or to make popsicles out of it.  Love the idea from Eggface!  (I had a Pistachio protein shake this morning, myself!)

I totally want to spice up my protein drinks. I have just been drinking the regular chocolate premier protein shakes. So when you add the pudding, is it just a regular box of sf pudding mix and you sprinkle in some powder? Do you blend it all together with ice?

Hey there :)

I have been doing a small amount of ice (maybe 1/4c?) then adding the tablespoon of jello mix, then pouring the shake over the top, then blending (I have a magic bullet so it's all in one small cup). It doesn't really matter what order you put them in the glass, but I prefer Ice then powder then liquid so I'm pretty sure not to have any clumps or mix sticking to the side.  If you refrigerate instead of putting it with ice, it WILL turn to pudding-ish consistency if you'd prefer to have a protein-packed pudding instead. :)  Let me know if that helps!

Omg yes you have been of great help, again  I really don't know anything of what I'm supposed to be doing. My team wasn't as thorough as all of you have been on here. I am so thankful to have this time off from work so i can obsess over OH for everything i need to know. Thanks again Felicity!

You bet! I can definitely relate to obsessing over OH.  It seems to be the only way I can mentally handle the waiting game until my RNY surgery!

I use the Lemon Torani in my plain greek yogurt.  Sometimes make lemon yogurt frozen pops too :)

I have banana. I like to add it to my chocolate protein drink with some ice and some PB2.

I didn't see banana on the SF side of the Torani menus... but I would get it in a heartbeat!  Does it come in sugar free?
