Fair time!!! Fairs were in the summer in PA, too but down here in NC, our state fair is in October... which is way better weather down here than now! Our fair motto is "Nothing Could be Finer" (than to be in Carolina).... la, la, la... LOL. This will be the 1st year that I have been to in years, but I am going! Just being able to walk it is going to be amazing!
So, tonight for dinner, I am eating a 50 cent corn dog from Sonic! I don't know if you all have Sonic Drive Thrus where you are at, but today they are having corn dogs for 50 cents each. I know it's not a good choice but I worked it in. Now, I am sure that I will probably take me an hour to eat the whole thing but we will see how it sits! LOL, I am finding that sometimes when I am able to eat something frivolous and plan for it, my head hunger issues are easier handled. Like, I have known that we were doing the corn dog thing for a few days and my cravings (because it is definitely not hunger) have been almost non existent. Hmmm, this sounds like growth to me!
My menu today:

L: 2.5 oz of tuna salad and 1/4 cup of green beans (I LOVE green beans!)
S: 1.75 oz of sharp cheese
D: 1 Sonic corn dog! with mustard
S: Vanilla Premier Protein shake with some ice... i may flavor this with some Torani's SF syrup.

Its so funny that you talked about the slow drivers this morning! I was the guilty driver this morning. I had to come in earlier and still had alittle bit of fuzzy head going on. I realized I was only going 35 in a 45 and the truck behind me was NOT HAPPY at all. I don't blame him--I would have been mad at me too.

Haven't been feeling 100% the last 2 days. I was started on an Rx for my RLS and I think it's affecting my appetite (not hungry) and my alertness level. Anyone else have experiences with Ropinirole (Requip)?
