I ordered a pilates video another poster on here suggested for me when I was looking for something I could do from home. When I did it the first time I though no way in hell am I doing this again! But then when I was walking around I felt the burn in my legs and abs so I thought well, I should try to keep doing it. It's only been a few weeks but while it's not easy for me to do I am doing what I can on the video and some things I couldn't do the first time I can do now.

What a great NSV! Sounds like you had a wonderful day.  My greatest nsv was recently, I went to a friends wedding recently and I had such a wonderful time, dancing with friends for hours. Prior to surgery it was painful and difficult for me to even walk, so to be able to dance as long as I wanted was really profound for me.  I get emotional just thinking on that but am so grateful to be able to enjoy the things I missed out for too long.  I didn't realize life could begin at my age, but i'll take it and run.

That is awesome. I remember dancing all night. I don't think I sat down the whole time. What a great freedom.
