My RNY was done on 08/21. I was discharged today and everything still feels so unreal. It still have to look at my incisions to really believe it. Is that odd?

It will be surreal for a little while. Congratulations on being on the loser's bench. Lay low for a few days and before you know it you will be feeling better.

My surgery was 7/31. It still feels very unreal. Recovery from the surgery itself went so easy it has been hard to believe the vast changes I know to have happened in my guts. It sure is an adjustment to slow down to catch when I am full.

Best to you and congrats.
