frustrating...
I am about 3 & 1/2 moths post-op and have lost 62 lbs so far. I agree that 1 hour is too long for a meal. I had a check-in appt with my dietitian last week and she advised that meals should take 20-30 mins and that total intake at any meal should not be more than 1 cup. I've been following those general guidelines since being on the "regular foods" phase and thus far haven't had any stalls. I Also focus on protein, ensuring that I finish that first before eating any veggies or carbs. As far as a calorie count my dietitian said to aim for 1000 as a daily max at this stage. Hope you see some movement on the scale soon! 😊
