I'm a year out and I still have a protein shake every afternoon. I'd never be able to eat enough to get all the protein in without it. I try for 85 grams/day. If you're not drinking protein shakes, give them a try. At your stage I also ate Greek Yogurt and drank Isupure instead of part of my water. That will help up your protein intake. Talk to your dietician and get some suggestions. I agree with others -- the potatoes are doing nothing for you, unless you're mixing in unflavored protein powder.
