Good Morning!  Confession:  I am done with shaving my legs this summer.  I just hate it and I don't want to have to do it anymore.  Sometimes I'll finish shaving one leg and want to quit right there.  LOL  Oh, well.  I'm not really going to not do it.  I just wish I was one of those fair haired maidens who doesn't have to deal with the constant "maintenance" that us dark haired girls endure.  The struggle is real. 

I believe the season of pumpkin spice everything has officially begun!  Huzzah!  It might be a little early, but who cares!  Pumpkin!!  I found a Pumpkin Harvest Chobani Flip at Wegmans yesterday and it just jumped into my cart and onto my breakfast menu today.  I love me some pumpkin, and take full advantage of allllll the things this time of year.  I'm on the lookout for the Fiber One pumpkin bars right now.  I must have them.  Woo...I got a little carried away right there.  LOL

Time since surgery:  1 year, 5 weeks

B:  coffee, Chobani Pumpkin Harvest Flip.  *squee*  I hope it doesn't suck.  LOL  I'll report back after I've eaten.

S:  1/2 of a Nature Valley salted caramel protein bar

L:  Buffalo chicken salad, cheese stick, pork rinds

D:  My guys are having linguine with clam sauce, so I'm falling back on my old fried:  Morningstar Farms spicy black bean burger topped with a slice of Colby-jack and an over easy egg.

TOTALS:  Cals:  915  Protein:  85  Carbs:  51  Fat:  45

I saw that pumpkins Chiobani, and totally can't wait to try it! I'm only two weeks post-op and since it's not 0% I don't think I can yet? 😢

I am not a pumpkin fan!!  But I am glad that your "season" is here!! :)

4 months 3 weeks since surgery

B: 3/4c Fairlife skim milk, 1 scoop syntrax

S: Baybel light cheese

L: leftover 93% lean ground turkey, zucchini, summer squash, egg stir fry concoction

S: Dannon L&F Greek strawberry cheesecake yogurt

D: 1/2 Italian turkey sausage link with 1/4c sauteed onions and bell peppers, 1 slice american cheese

Totals: Cals: 580  Protein: 77 Carbs: 25  Fat: 19

STILL in my stall.....I am so impatient.  Normally I am not like this, but being so close to ONEderland is killing me!! lol

HW: 328 Program start weight: 309 SW:275.8 CW: 154.6 (12/14/16)

I love pumkin so much that I buy the leftover pumpkin spice coffee at the end of the season and vacuum seal to keep it fresh so I can have enough to last most of the year. My absolute favorite!

You can freeze it also to keep it fresh.

I don't understand it, either???!!!! Pumpkin/pumpkin flavor lover forever!!!!

I dont know...I have just never liked pumpkin pie...or pumpkin spice.   But what do I know....I also dont like coffee, tea, beer or wine! LOL
