What's On Your Monday Menu, RNYers?

I do like the chocolate mint and the cookie dough. Neither of them make me feel wonky. I can tolerate sugar alcohols. Not that they don't make me gassy but they work when I don't feel like eating or fixing myself something. I do like to carry one in my purse. I have one as my snack in the evening. I try to fit one in. I just know sometimes I wait to eat and then I feel like old habits coming back and eat too fast or too much. So they are good to keep on hand.
Good for you for taking care of yourself and deciding on getting a new Doc.... Also it is hard to leave our kids, but that is our job right? Raise them then let them go....

AV, glad you had fun at the park... it sounds like it was great fun! My weekend was okay... low key but good.
This next week will be busy for me because we are going to be having a yard sale this next weekend. The weather is going to be perfect and I need to de-junk my house! I am actually looking forward to this!
My menu today:
B: Tea with Truvia and a chocolate Premier Protein Shake
L: 3 inches of a Subway Roast Beef Sub on Wheat Bread, left over from last night. My husband wanted a sub and I didn't fee like cooking so I told him to bring me a roast beef wrap from subway... and they stopped carrying wraps (at least in our local store). What??? So, he brought it home on wheat... he should have got me a salad, but I kind of enjoyed the wheat bread and it sat better than other white bread I have eaten before.
S: 1 oz of beef jerky.
D: 2.5 oz of tuna salad over lettuce
S: 1 oz of Cabot's Seriously Sharp Cheese
Totals: Calories - 699, Protein - 76, Carbs - 46, Sugars - 10, Fats - 26
Vits/Water - going in, Exercise - walking Zoey, may swim if it doesn't rain

Good morning,
Went shopping with my daughter again this weekend. We really have to stop, but she still needs a couple of things. I need to shop for me too, everything is too big for me again (hooray) except for all the new shirts that were only size L! I have no long pants currently, my capris are all baggy, my shoes are getting loose, and you already know about my bra situation. I have lost 4 lbs in the last week and all of a sudden it made a huge difference!
