Beautiful unseasonably cool day here in Illinois. Lily and I have our three miles in already. On track with fluidsand vitamins so far and weight at 117.6 and three years out on the 29th. Here's the eats for today: B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein powder and 6 grapes L 31/2 oz venison meatballs and 1/2 c tomato slices D 31/2 oz baked chicken thighs and 1/2 c green beans S Greek yogurt with nuts.
