The twitches have you been taking any anxiety meds. Sometimes that can be a side effect.

Hi 3Bassethounds,

I've been on Prozac and Wellbutrin for years for depression and anxiety, but have never had this issue before.   I wonder, though, if my absorption rate is different now that I've had surgery?  *ponders*  I'll ask my therapist next time I see him.  I'll be walking around as much as possible today to try and tire myself out.  *nods*

Of course, if that doesn't work, I do have Valium to try, which aside from helping anxiety, is also a muscle relaxer.

Trial and error,

-LB

Happy Wednesday everyone! I'm not really an amusement park fan probably because I was heavy my whole life. Gloomy day here in Illinois and oddly cool today. They are saying we may get to 70 today! Lily and I have our three miles in at the park and it was wonderful weather for it. On track with fluids and vitamins so far and here's the eats: B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein powder and 6 grapes L 1 turkey dog and some garden fresh tomatoes D 31/2 oz tilapia and 1/2 c green beans also from the garden S Greek yogurt with nuts. Post op 3 years next week and looking forward to my doctor visit next week! Weight at 118.4 today. Have a great one everybody! Oh and the youngest had a great first day at work yesterday weeding, laying mulch around the beehives, working in the koi pond and driving the gator around! Says he feels like an adult now!

Good Morning! Your weekend sounds so fun-I hope you have a blast. I love amusement parks although it's been awhile since we have done something other than Disneyland/California adventure. As my daughter gets older we will probably go to more, my husband doesn't do any type of roller coaster at all so I had to wait until my girl would ride them with me!

S: L&F Greek toasted coconut yogurt with 1/2 a banana mixed in, and a SF iced latte made with Fairlife milk

S: No sugar added outshine bar

At my surgeon and primary care doctor's request I had a follow up with the dietician. They all want me to try and increase my calories and carbs (because of some other issues I'm having) and I've been having a hard time. Your menu is exactly what they want me to strive for. It wouldn't be too stalkerish of me to copy your menu the next day, would it??
