Good Morning all!  I have a funny NSV to report:  when I move my hands around (I use my hands like crazy when I talk) my wedding band and engagement ring slide around on my finger and clink together.  LOL  I took me like a week to figure out what the sound was.  I count this as a NSV because I couldn't even get my rings off for like 7 years.  They were a permanent fixture and now not only do they get removed (and cleaned) on the regular, they also make music.    LOL

Join me in sharing your funniest, most random NSV!

Good morning,

Not the funniest, but the strangest NSV.  When I went in for hernia surgery the nurse could not get the IV started in my hands because I had too much loose skin.  I don't think I have a lot of loose skin on my hands, but she thought so.

Went for bloodwork today before my 3 month (actual  4 month) appt. next week.

Time since surgery:  Almost 4 mos.

I'm not sure what NSV stands for, but I think I'm gathering what it means.  I'm only three weeks out (seems like forever LOL ) but I have noticed something kind of funny.  I have some pairs of underwear that have been on the loose side over the years, but now when I wear them, they keep falling off.  (Thank God I wear jeans to work!)

B: tea and protein shake

S: Greek yogurt

L: tomato soup

S: protein shake

D: protein shake and apple sauce

Prot: 73.5 g, Cal: 704, H2O: at least 48 oz, as I'll be drinking all day

Non Scale victory  :-)  Or a victory that has nothing to do with your weight on the scale, ie, you're off your meds, or you can fit on a roller coaster.  Ya gotta love them, because ultimately they are what drives us!

...And yes, you are definetly right your falling off undies are an NSV!  You go girl!
