Dumping
At least from my own experience...it doesn't sound like dumping...just sounds like you ate too much. Is this the first time you've had corn on the cob? If it were me, I'd just lay down and wait for it to pass...after 30 minutes, I'd sip water.
That definitely isn't dumping.
If sounds like you either ate too much, or the chicken and/or corn didn't agree with you. Both can be problematic. Also, if the corn was buttered, the fat content might also be making you sick.
Just from what little you wrote, my guess is that you just ate too much. Even now, at 8 years out, I don't think I could eat 2-4 ounces of chicken AND half an ear of corn (and if you ate less chicken than that, you aren't following the "protein first" rule).
Unfortunately, when we eat too much and cannot throw up -- or eat something that doesn't agree with us and cannot throw it up -- there isn't usually much we can do about it except wait for some of the food to flow out of the pouch.

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.
Like the others stated, sounds more like too much food, but...corn and corn products makes me really sick. It just does not agree with Pouchy McPoucherson.

The best thing to do when this happens is lay down. And next time measure out your food and chew slowly.
When you have dumping syndrome you will know the difference. Dumping is a whole other level of pain and anguish. You think this sucks, dumping will make you hate life.
i had a dumping episode on my protein shake shortly after surgery. You heave, whether it brings anything u*****t, while simultaneously have diarrhea. (keep a trash bin by your toilet, its handy) You sweat profusely and shake uncontrollably. You have a massive headache, and its hard for your eyes to focus. Suddenly you have a hard time staying awake. All you want to do is desperately find a cool place to lay down and sleep. My daughter said all color was gone from my face and my speech was slurred. She almost called an ambulance. I then slept for about 5 hours that day. I have stayed away from anything with more than 4 sugars in it since then. And even at 4 I get really lightheaded.
..."find a cool place to lay down..."
Yes, like the bathroom floor. In the fetal position.
THAT is dumping.
Dumping is a downright scary way to spend the day. (And like you, I dumped from a protein shake and then slept for hours afterward! I had one more episode when I ate some Life cereal with milk.)
Sounds like you either ate too fast or didn't chew enough and now its stuck and giving you foamies. Yuk. Go barf. You'll feel better. I agree with the others... Dumping is much worse and you'll know it if/when it happens. Sweaty, shaky, nauseated. Also, chicken and corn don't cause dumping. Sugar does. :)
Sometimes food we eat all the time can give us problems, or food that is on plan doesn't go well. When that happens to me I look at whether it was me eating too fast, or too much. It took me forever to get over the idea of eye-balling my portion size and just sucking it up and actually measuring everything out. Hopefully you are doing that. If not, this is a good reason why you should.
