Thanks. It is weird to see the before and afters. I look at myself sometimes and I don't see it. But when I put pictures side by side it does show a difference.

4 Months 2 weeks since surgery

B: 3/4c Fairlife skim milk, 1 scoop syntrax milk chocolate

S: Baybel light cheese

L: 1/2 Al Fresco chicken sausage, 1/4c bacon & brussel sprout salad

S: Dannon L&F Greek raspberry

D: Lean ground beef fried "rice" (everything in fried rice....minus the rice HAHAH)

Totals: Cals: 559  Protein: 73  Carbs: 22  Fat: 20

I have been playing with the same pound over and over this week!  gggrrrr I am ending my monthly Shark Week right now, hopefully the scale will move.  I am only 3 lbs away from ONDERLAND!!

Good morning,

No pics from me today.  One of these days I will figure out how to actually upload one.

Today we are having a cookout at work.  We do this at least once a summer, we will have steak, salad and lots of other lovely things that I can't eat.  I will have steak and salad.  I made a big batch of my homemade vinaigrette.  Hopefully it will be a quiet day and we can close early.  We've been lucky this summer, we've closed early almost every Friday since the beginning of July.  That will end real soon.  I'm dreading winter (I work for a commercial heating company).  

My big weekend plans are to stay in, drink tea and make chicken soup and try to get rid of my nasty summer cold/sinus infection or whatever I have been dealing with for the last two weeks.  I may venture out to get a manicure and buy some new bras as mine are way too big for the girls these days.

Time since surgery:  4 months

B: Premier Protein Shake

L:  Steak, salad

D:  Leftover Pork and veggie stir fry

S:  The infamous Jellos SF pudding

I'll post a pic today-  It's from two days ago.  I can see a slight difference in my face, but it's so small there's no point in posting a before picture.  ;-)
