What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?

I love the Friday pics menu days - it's so fun to watch everyone's progress, we're all doing so great!  

I hit the 100 pound mark from my highest weight about a week ago, but for today I hit 100 pounds down from my pre-op appointment, which was 298.  That's the one I really count in my head and on the scale.  So, today I'm 198 and I couldn't be more thrilled! Here are my 100 pounds pics that were taken this morning.  Doc says (and I agree) 30-35 more to go.  Can't wait to finally have a flat tummy again... still struggling there as you can see.

B - Protein Shake Premier Chocolate with Raspberry Extract (new yummy flavor!)

L - Yogurt with 1 TBS slivered almonds

D - ???  (Taking Mom for B.day dinner at Outback and will look for the healthiest choice)

V/W - yep

E - Walking - 1 hour

I slacked today both on posting and a pic...typical alternating Fri here.  Every other Fri I have off and this was my last one before my son starts kindergarten.  So I made a big deal about it being "our day" and he got to choose what we did.  Back to busch gardens was the end result (we have passes)  but trying to keep up with him by myself was a challenge...  I have sooo much respect for single parents and parents with multiple young kids.  I was barely able to keep up with his crazy 5yr old energy...

Fun, but lord what an exhausting day!!!
