Anyone willing to look at my diet to see if needs improving?

I'm really sorry to hear that! If it helps you any, I had my surgery March 23 and basically have been on the same diet plan as you (from what I'm reading anyway). Like I said before she told me to aim for the 70g protein and 600-800 calories a day. She also wanted me to increase my walking from 3 days a week to 4 or 5 days a week. She mentioned to me Leslie Sanstone has her walking videos on YouTube. So I think I'm going to start alternating a walk around the neighborhood and the videos. Both free, easy and great exercise to help knock another belt hole down :)

I think you're doing fine.  I was eating around 600-700 calories at your stage.  Two pounds a week is great.  You will lose the majority of your weight in the first six months, so enjoy those two pounds while they last.  Keep up the good work

Gah, I don't want to hear about the majority of my weight loss in the first 6 months lol! At around 6 months I will only be about half of my goal so I really want to str----etch the weight loss for as long as possible.  But I know you're right and thanks for the input on the diet :)

I was only about half way to my goal at 6 months, don't worry it will happen...

You are doing great as far as your numbers, but you are eating mostly processed foods. My advice is to try and work in more whole natural foods and healthy fats. Hard boiled eggs and nuts are great easy snacks full of protein and healthy fats. Also, I started getting terribly constipated shortly after I hit the five month mark. I now eat a tablespoon of chia seeds soaked in three ounces of almond milk every night. It keeps away constipation and gives me plenty of omega-3s. I know that chia seeds contain carbs, but they are all fiber. That is one of the things that makes them so great. My other suggestion is to try probiotics if you have not.

Just curious if it could be tweaked for the better here or there. I've been a slow and steady loser for the last few months - usually losing 2 pounds a week, sometimes 3 but almost always 2. Here are a few sample menus. I'm always below 30 grams of carbs. I'm almost always below 700 calories, I'm about 5 months out today. I just was wondering if I should be switching things up all in terms of my numbers. Thanks!

How many carbs are you eating?  You can have low cal counts and still have too many carbs in your diet.

Very true! I'm always under 30 because I never eat anything with a scary amount of carbs. Mainly because I wasn't paying attention to carbs in the very beginning but then the vets here made me very scared of them lol. Which I'm happy about!

If you are eating fruits and vegs now, make sure to google them to find the carbs counts. Some are extremely high in carbs.

The way it was explained to me, which makes sense, is that if you have a stall - meaning no loss for at least 2 weeks, to add an extra hundred calories to help your metabolism adjust. It's a possibility that your body had gone into survival mode, and giving it just a small bit of extra to restart it works. It makes sense to me, and obviously I haven't had to deal with it yet.

Everyone's body is different, and increasing from 650 calories to 750 calories isn't going to make you stay gaining weight. I'm at 650 to 700 calories now at 3 weeks post op and I'm still having significant weight loss.

People can disagree, we all have different bodies and metabolisms, abs something that works for one person might not work for someone else.
