Anyone willing to look at my diet to see if needs improving?
I just had my two week follow up with the NUT yesterday and she told me that somewhere about 4 our 5 months I will hit a stall. She said when that happens to increase my intake by 100 calories. It may be that your slow loss is your metabolism is shutting down because you're not getting enough.
She asked us that it sounds crazy, but it works.

I completely disagree.
Anyhow OP, I think you are doing awesome. It looks VERY similar to my calorie intake at your stage. Trust me, you do not have to worry about increasing calories, it will happen naturally and sneak up on you. USE this honeymoon period --- enjoy being able to eat so little and lose as much as possible during this time.
I think you are doing an amazing job.

Indeed! But some of us have actual experience to back them up.
Whatever works for each person.

While we are all entitled to our opinions, you're just being wrong about facts, which is different.

I think you are FINE with what stage you are in now.
Now-this is not criticism and it isnt even something you have to worry about now.
But sometimes...when close to goal...ones weight loss will really start to slow down. When that happens, you MAY want to consider reducing come of the cheese (and cheese Os) and putting in some vegetables that you like to reduce calories but still be filling.
But as I said..this is not stage appropriate for you right now...so dont worry about it. Just have it in teh back of your mind.
