What's On Your Thursday Menu, RNYers?
I didn't really have a set weight as I was always big! But if you had told me three years ago that I would weigh 117 at 5'6.5" I would have called you crazy! And I have been this weight for over two years now. Don't sell yourself short please stay with the food plan and exercise to get as healthy as you can. I had people telling me I had lost too much when I was still overweight! At my one year appointment my PA told me I had lost too much weight but my primary doctor told me with my RA the low end of a normal bmi is perfect. Finally my surgeon shut up and agreed that since NSAIDSare not an option a lower weight for pain relief is fine. Beautiful weather today and three miles done bright and early with Lily at the park. On track with fluids and vitamins and weight at 117.6 today at one week from three years post op. Here's the food: B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein powder and seven grapes L 31/2 9z lean pork loin leftovers with 1/2 c fresh tomatoes D venison meatballs with sauce and 1/2 c zucchini noodles S Greek yogurt with nuts. Make smart choices everybody!
