I'm super self-conscious and have some scarring, so I'd rather be emotionally comfortable in the suit so I can focus on the swimming. *nods* Come to think of it, I haven't worn a bathing suit since I was 16. That's a looooong time ago LOL

Good morning. I have set a goal for myself I want to be 10 pounds lighter than my husband. That would put me at 155. I have tweaked my menus and stopped adding wine to my menus. I will lose the next 25 30 pounds before Thanksgiving. I felt fine where I am at right now. I just know I need to lose more. I still have fat and it's not excess skin. People will say don't lose anymore you will look sick. I am like go suck an egg.
B:Ricotta egg white scramble with ham.It is like ricotta pancakes I am just lazy. Saute the ham then pour the ricotta mixture over it
L:Tuna fish with pickles
D:Pork tenderloin green beans
S:Cheese stick or yogurt
Vitamins are in 40oz of water are down. Exercise is getting my house under control if that is possible.

I use a 1/4 cup of ricotta cheese I use part skim. I use 1/4 cup of egg whites. I put some splenda and cinnamon in the mixture. I first saute about 2oz of ham and then pour the mix over the ham. I let it sit for a bit so it cooks then I just scramble it like I would scrambled eggs. I use sugar-free syrup just a bit on it.
