Waiting on a call from my surgeon.  Started last week with some nausea, vomiting and now unbelievable dizziness, mid back pain on the left.   Now unable to pretty much eat or drink.. scared

Do you still have your Gallbladder?  Sounds like my symptoms when I had Gallstones.

Almost sounds like you are dehydrated.  How has your fluid intake been since surgery?  It could be a stricture also both have symptoms similar to what you are dealing with.

Hopefully our surgeon calls your back quickly and it is nothing serious.

They are doing a scope on Friday (soonest OR could be scheduled).  Calling me in a scolpamine patch to try and help the dizziness/nausea.  Said if get where nothing stays down to go to the ER.  I have no doubt i am dehydrated  :(  trying hard to sip and do popsicle type things.. but intermittently vomiting it back up..ugghh.    Also worried about my job .  Holding onto fact God will keep me safe and provide

It can also be a stricture..

Sounds like you should get a bag of fluids, no matter what. Do you have a walk-in clinic you can go to, to avoid the ER?

Hopefully getting rehydrated could at least stop the vomiting--you are so early out for risk of hurting your insides when throwing up--I'm very surprised that with these symptoms they aren't seeing you ASAP :(

Hang in there and be well!

If you feel really bad, don't hesitate to go to the ER.  I had similar symptoms and was so dehydrated they were using two bags at once.  I didn't think I was dehydrated either.  If you can't drink like you normally do and you are vomiting, you might be dehydrated.  Take care and I hope they fix it fast!

The dehydration is a BIG concern.  I'd also like to note the pain in the mid-back might possibly be kidney stones.

Hope you feel better soon
