I know myself, and a little competition will definitely help keep me motivated!
I'm only 3.5 weeks out, so my fitness routine has not ramped up to what it was presurgery, but I'm getting ready to get back in the swing of it. My aim is to move from 6000 steps a day up to 10,000 by my 5 week date.
