Just follow instructions to a "T" - sip, sip, sip and walk, walk, walk!
Every day you will do better and be able to get closer to your protein goal. Fluids are very important - don't get dehydrated!
A tip from my doc - to prevent gas buildup, every time you get up, do 10 gentle side to side twists and 10 gentle side bends. (Emphasis on gentle!) Definitely better to prevent the gas pains than deal with pain after the fact!
