Hey, all... had a very quiet weekend after a stressful work week. I have found since I am in my new location and my printer works (lol) that I am way more sedentary than before... not good. I think from now on, I am going to jump into the pool as soon as I get home to get some exercise in. And, days they are calling for rain, I am going to bring my gym clothes with me to work so I can go there on the way home. I have got to make myself exercise more and I need to be able to de-stress after work.
I did do something this weekend that I probably haven't done in a year (really)... I had about 1/2 a glass of wine of Friday and Saturday night. It went straight to my head!!! I always was sort of a lightweight but there is no way that I will be able to have a drink away from home without a driver!!! LOL It was kind of nice just to sip on a glass... I will say, though, that it took away all thought of food. Not going to happen a lot, but it was a nice experiment!
My menu today:
B: Vanilla Premier Protein and Tea with Truvia
S: 1 oz of beef jerky
L: 2 oz Jimmy Dean sausage, 1 1/4 oz Kraft Sharp Cheese and 1/4 Cup whole green beans
D: 3 oz of talapia, 1/2 cup sauteed zucchini with a little butter and parm cheese.
Totals - Calories - 865, Protein - 95, Carbs - 28, Sugar - 13, Fats - 41
Water and Vitamins started.
Have a great day!!!
