Good morning! Yes, this weekend was hot!! I decided to do my long run at 3pm on Saturday afternoon (because I wanted to sleep in, stupid me) and I was dying by the end. Then I had to go to the pool and swim. Needless to say I was BEAT Saturday night. My training is really gettting intense and the scale is showing it. I am going to need to figure out how to eat for this without overdoing it.

Morning All! What a weekend! It is amazing how fast it goes by. On Thursday my kids head back to school. This Momma is all sorts of giddy and excited. :)
I have really slacked off on my exercise the last month. Today I will re-commit myself to making time for ME! I havent gained any but I feel crappy and think thats the main reason why! I have met my personal goal I set back in April 2014, but part of me still wants to push for the best me possible. Its so frustrating! I have such a competitive nature that I am finding its my mind competing with my body!
B: Atkins Chocolate Protein Shake
L: 2 Jalapeno Bombs, 1/2 HB Patty (doubt I will get the HB in, but I packed it so I will count it!)
S: Jack Links 1oz S&H, 1 oz cheese curds
D: 1 egg ham and cheese scrambler with verde
Totals: Cals 750 Carbs 17 Protein 57 Sugars 10
We kinda do something like that also, minus the bacon.
Again start with a jalepeno, core the seeds and insert a wedge of favorite cheese, I usually do about half of them with cheddar & the other with swiss or provolone. Grill just long enough to sear outside and sooo yummy! Although I gotta say your version sounds good too, may try that one next time!
