Patch MD vitamins question

I work out with them on and have no problems.  And in the in Florida heat sweating is an all over the body occurrence so there is not safe place for them to stick.  I rotate across my body.  right arm on day 1, right chest day 2, center of chest day 3, and so on until I get to the left arm, then I am back to the right.  I have EXTREMELY sensitive skin and I felt this would make sure that my skin is given a break in that area.

I forget that they are on most day and don't remember till I am showering at night.  I will say that I make sure not to work out for at least 2 hours after putting them on so I can make sure they are well stuck before I sweat.  You can definitely wear then at night, but like was said...the B12 can make you buzzed and awake.  Don't want that.

Ditto on what everyone said.  I workout with them on and they don't fall off. They do fall off if I shower with them.  I have worn them at night but I like putting on lotion after a shower and they won't stick if you use lotion. I put them on first thing in the AM, take them off before showering and hitting the bed.

I wear mine to bed.  I started scratching my arm this morning and realized I had left the patch on but I've not noticed them making me itchy before.  There was no rash when I took it off like when I wear a bandaid.

I had a similar question for later this month when I go to the beach for a week.  I'll be in and out of the water all day, and figured I'd wear it at night. Now I'm worried about sleep and the B-12.  Right now I put mine on right after my shower and leave it on all day.  It doesn't irritate me. I have showered with it on also, when I didn't plan well.  It stayed on.  I don't know if I washed away all the nutrients or what...

Do you plan to supplement anything else?  I still take 2 citrical petites and 1 dry D, but that's it.  It's so freeing with the patch.  I have my labs in September, so we'll see how I fare.

Yes, I'm going to take additional iron pill and a vitamin D pill since both are always low for me.  Keep me posted!

I wear 2, the multi and the b12. I've only been doing the b12 for about 2 weeks.  I wear them both at night.  Put them on in the evening and off when I get dressed in the morning.  I was wearing the multi during the day at first but I sweat profusely and between my clothes rubbing it and my sweat, it would often start to peel up.

I have not had problems getting to sleep,  but I wake up bright-eyed and bushy-tailed after only a few hours of sleep the past 2 weeks.  I don't mind being wide awake at 3am, but it is a big problem when I can't stop yawning at noon and I still have a lot of ground to cover in my day.

I think it's the b12 patch,  and I plan to switch it to days for a while to see if I can sleep longer.  HOWEVER, I should note that I am a kindergarten teacher and I'm in law school full time.  I had 8 weeks off, and 2 weeks ago (same time I started the b12 and the sleep problems started) I started back to work and school.  It could be a racing mind and stress and have nothing at all to do with the b12.

I've never had them irritate my skin,  I've accidentally left them on in the shower and sometimes they come off,  sometimes they're sticking with me like a hair in a biscuit.

Lanie,

I have a question for you. You have done so well and are one of my idols here on OH. How long does it take to have a better body image. I have lost 70 pounds in 8 months and I still feel huge. When I see my image in the mirror I have a hard time. Thanks so much Lanie!!!

I've just started using these a couple weeks ago. Today I was at the boardwalk by the beach and it was very hot and I had it on my upper arm but noticed it started coming off from sweating. Then I checked later and it was totally gone. Lol but it's never happened till now. Even sweating and I was wearing a black shirt so maybe I was just super hot.
