Patch MD vitamins question
I've decided to try these out. It says they are no****erproof. What happens if you sweat during a hard workout mid-day? Should I try and time the patch 8 hours before a workout? Any thoughts on this? Also, do any of you take it off to shower and then put it back on? Weird questions, I know. Any advice appreciated.

once I take it off - it does not stick anymore. so no taking on and off for me.
I try it put it in a place that does not sweat as much... but if it does - o well.
If i shower in a middle of the day -I just leave that patch on. Hoping that I did not washed all from it. (just don't rub it or lather it...lol)
I also put my patch for more than 8 hrs at times.. just leave it on...until I shower..
I have sensitive skin - but those do not irritate my skin.

Thank you...and this made me wonder...I could just wear it at night while I sleep?? There's an idea...I appreciate your quick response :)

I do - but then I have no problem sleeping. B12 and some other vitamins may make you more awake.. watch for that.

This is good to know (about the sensitive skin). A lot of pharmaceutical patches use a lot of surfactant or a really detersive surfactant to act as penetration enhancers for their drug/active agent.
This can cause sensitivity problems.

I used to use the patch birth control that stays on for a week at a time, and even though it was water proof it would start to lift on the edges if I wore it in chlorinated pools. I bough****er proof bandaids that I would put on top of the patch if I were going in a chlorinated pool or going for spray tanning, etc. Just an idea if you decide not to wear them at night.
Thanks, Melissa. Great idea.
