I like the ricotta bakes, yumm!  Tastes like a mini pizza, make a tray full, freeze and heat up and eat a few whenever the urge strikes.  Yumm

Good Morning and happy day to all. This week is going so slow as we prep for the back to school next Monday (my daughter is excited to be a 6th grader and rule the school!) 

Time since surgery: 1 year

B: SF latte, egg beaters with spinach, bacon and cheese, fruit (dried figs, apple slices, and grapes)

S: Dark chocolate banana thin addictives and a laughing cow cheese wedge 

L: TBD (meeting a friend for lunch and we haven't decided where to go yet)

S: L&F Greek strawberry yogurt with 1/2 a banana mixed in, and a SF iced latte made with Fairlife milk

D: Flat out pizza and yogurt

S: No sugar added outshine bar

E: 45 mins stationary stepper

V/W: On track

Totals (without lunch): Cals:1057 Protein:83 Carbs:136 Fat:24

L: Roasted Pork/1 corn shell with Corn, Tomato, Bean and Avacado Salad

Ugh, it's really setting in that I will have to back to work on Monday. I feel like I am mourning, already...

But on the plus side I am feeling better than I have for the last few days. No GERD this morning! But I will stick with the full liquids, nonetheless, just in case.

B- 1/2 c 2% Cottage Cheese

L- 8oz Soy Milk and Chocolate Unjury Protein Powder

D- 8oz Soy Milk and Click Mocha Protein Powder

Snack- 1/4 c Ricotta, puréed with blueberries and Torani syrup

It's one of those weeks for everyone I think.  I'm crazy busy at work, this cold is making me so tired and cranky, I fell asleep when I got home yesterday for an hour which of course resulted in not being able to get to sleep until after midnight and I woke up at 4:00 to hubby's alarm again.   Hopefully I will get a good night sleep tonight, no napping allowed!

B:  Premier Protein Shake

L:  Leftover chicken stir fry

D:  Turkey burger w/cheese, tomato, lettuce and bun, steamed carrots

S:  Strawberries, Light & Fit greek yogurt

Morning everyone! I'm working from home today. All of my meetings are conference calls today, and darn it, I just felt like it!  It's good to be the boss. 

Time since surgery:  8 1/2 months

B:  Egg Beater, mozzarella and bacon omelette

S: light and Fit Greek Yogurt - banana cream + 1/2 banana

L: shrimp salad

S: watermelon 

D: Vietnamese meatballs, grilled zucchini 

S: FF cottage cheese + 1/2 oz Pop Chips

Totals:  calories 695, carbs 58, fat 15, protein 80, sugar 33

Happy Wednesday all! I'm glad but nervous that it's finally Wednesday, I have appointments all day at the Bariatric Center.  I had today's menu planned out but my flight was delayed over 2 hours so I didn't even get to Anchorage until after 11 last night.  So I'm sorry I'm not going to post today's menu since I've got to wing the whole thing lol; I did bring my shaker cup and a packet of Syntrax Nectar with me so I'll drink that this morning. I'll post today's final menu tomorrow when I post from home.
